Alteo is looking for a Microsoft Azure Specialist for a permanent position based in Laval.
You'll be working in project mode for external customers, playing an important role in the implementation of cloud solutions (migrations of applications, systems and services) and in customers' digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Microsoft cloud solutions at customer sites
- Plan and evaluate solutions, ensure they are successfully integrated and delivered on schedule in the customer's environment
- Work closely with other IT infrastructure specialists, architects and security resources to design and integrate cloud services
- Execute the implementation of cloud solutions in IT operations, and provide technical advice and recommendations to decision-makers
- Deploy, automate and manage Microsoft cloud solutions to ensure availability, optimal performance, scalability and security for customer environments
- Document and develop operational procedures
- Make recommendations and continuous improvements to systems and processes
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on cloud application optimization (performance and cost)
- Maintain knowledge of the organization's product offering and keep up to date on cloud technologies and tools
- Assist IT management in the development of integration roadmap and cloud strategies
- Influence and lead product enhancements and evolutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned
- Take responsibility for tasks assigned by stakeholders and ensure rapid response on deliverables.
Profile:
- DEC/BAC in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- 3+ years experience in systems support and administration
- 3+ years practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 support and management, virtualization technologies, storage systems, infrastructure monitoring and alerting technologies, high availability architecture in Azure hybrid cloud technologies
- Good knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, PowerShell, Azure Active Directory, identity and access management, virtualization, certificates (public and private PKI), DNS, Web application gateway, TCP/IP networks and routing
- Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications, as well as virtualization and networking technologies (asset)
- Experience with Azure Automation accounts and Logic Apps (asset)
- Experience in configuring and deploying application services, security gateways, virtual networks/subnets, NSGs, Peerings, Recovery Services Vault, storage accounts, key vaults
