Alteo is looking for a Mobile Development Team Lead for a permanent position. The company is located in the Greater Montreal area.

You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of flagship mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You'll work closely with product managers, UX/IU designers and backend developers to create smooth, engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, create and manage cross-platform mobile applications using technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, design and deliver new functionalities
- Ensure application performance, quality and responsiveness
- Identify and correct bugs, and improve application performance
- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards to guarantee the quality of the code base
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies and industry best practices
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years' experience in mobile application development, with expertise in cross-platform technologies
- Proficiency in languages such as Dart or JavaScript
- Experience with Flutter or React Native (an important asset)
- Integration experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Good understanding of mobile design principles and UI guidelines for iOS and Android
- Experience in the medical/healthcare field (asset)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Team player, dedicated, positive attitude.
