Alteo is looking for a Service Delivery Engineer (SaaS) for a permanent position based in Montreal.
Your main role will be to handle customer requests with the aim of guaranteeing delivery of the services requested, while ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- Handle catalog service requests to meet customer needs.
- Ensure implementation of the service accepted by the customer within the agreed deadlines
- Ensure preparation, validation and delivery of update patches in coordination with internal teams
- Ensure the handling and processing of incidents generated by the implementation of the service
- Handle requests for information in order to respond to customer queries
- Ensure the qualification of customer requests for information
- Ensure the preparation, processing and communication of responses to customer requests
- Contribute to developing the skills of other team members, with the aim of improving collective performance.
- Provide guidance, support and back-up to the team.
Profile:
- DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- good knowledge of service-oriented architectures
- Good knowledge of APIs
- Familiarity with the electronic payment industry (strong asset)
- PowerCard solution (strong asset)
- UNIX environments (OS, Unix Shell...)
- Database (Oracle, PstgreSQL...)
- Testing techniques
- Writing of technical and functional specifications
- Customer orientation
