Job Description	Alteo is looking for a Level 1 IT Technician for a permanent position based in Berthierville (Lanaudière). Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to users Take charge of and follow up requests Install and configure software and hardware equipment Manage hardware and software inventory Apply security patches and updates to office applications Participate in various special system enhancement and documentation projects Profile: AEC/DEC in computer science or equivalent 1 to 2 years' experience as an IT Technician Proficiency in the following software: Microsoft 365, Teams, Active directory, Windows 10/11, iOS and Android Teamwork and collaboration-oriented Ability to work in a changing environment Ability to innovate Valid driver's license (travel required to various subsidiaries)
